Diablo 3 Lead Designer „Jay Wilson“ und weitere Blizzard-Mitarbeiter befinden sich derzeit wohl in China auf Promotion-Tour.
In einem Interview welches die Kollegen von Diablo3.cc während der Promotion-Tour mit Jay Wilson geführt haben wurde bekannt, dass es definitiv keine seelengebundenen Items in Diablo 3 geben wird. Die damaligen Pläne sahen ja vor, dass zumindest die legendären Gegenstände beim Aufheben gebunden werden. Diese Pläne dürften damit wohl vom Tisch sein.
„The biggest new thing is word that there will be no item binding (of any kind) in Diablo III. We’ve long debated BoA vs. BoE vs. BoP in D3, and years ago Jay said they were considering either BoA or BoE for (at most) the highest level uniques legendary items in the game. Apparently that’s no longer in their plans, and it seems like all the best items, whether found or crafted, will be available for trade or twink, just as they were in Diablo II.”
